Will it work on my car?
Yes — the TBOX 4G works on any 12 V or 24 V vehicle made after 2008, regardless of make or model. It plugs into the standard OBD-II port found under your dashboard. If you're unsure, message us on WhatsApp with your car details and we'll confirm before you order.
Is there a monthly fee?
No mandatory monthly fee. The hardware purchase includes 12 months of full CarTech platform access — real-time tracking, remote control, alarms, the works. After year one, basic features stay free; advanced fleet features (multi-vehicle dashboards, custom geofences, automated reports) move to an optional QAR 29/month plan.
Is my data safe?
Every TBOX talks to our cloud over mutual TLS 1.3 — the same encryption your bank uses. Each device has a unique cryptographic identity baked in at manufacture. Your location and vehicle data are stored in our Qatar-region servers and are never sold to third parties.
How do I install it?
Plug it into the OBD-II port under your dashboard. No tools, no cutting, no wiring. 15 minutes including the app pairing. If you'd rather have a CarTech technician do it, installation is free anywhere in Qatar — book it at checkout.
What's the warranty?
Every TBOX comes with a 2-year hardware warranty covering manufacturing defects. We replace the unit at no cost. If it stops talking to the cloud for any reason in the first 14 days, we replace it AND refund your purchase.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes — cash on delivery is available across Qatar. Choose it at checkout. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, KNET) are also supported.
